'Flock Safety' surveillance was issued cease and desist by Texas DPS for lack of licensing

The Texas Department of Public Safety is ordering surveillance company "Flock Safety" to stop operations because of a lack of licensing saying they're operating illegally. FOX 26's Jade Flury has more information on the case.
